Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, with no signs of use (including dirt, scuffs, sweat, odor, or damage), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to our error/defect: we cover return shipping. Otherwise: customer pays, or label cost deducted from refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If rejected, we can return it to you at your cost or dispose of or repurpose it after 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item you want is out of stock, we can’t guarantee availability.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/wrong.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items. The restocking fee does not apply to returns due to our error or a product defect.
Lost or Missing Packages
CUVS Athletics is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered, liability transfers to the carrier.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you first check surrounding areas such as parcel lockers, mailboxes, your front door, neighbors, a leasing office, or a building front desk, as packages are sometimes left in alternate locations or accepted on your behalf.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at cuvsathleticsforyou@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery scan. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution options (reship or refund) are determined on a case-by-case basis following the outcome of the carrier investigation.
CUVS Athletics reserves the right to deny claims for packages that are confirmed delivered to the correct address, where no carrier error can be established.
